OMNI Systems Named To Prestigious Inc. 500|5000 List For The Fifth Consecutive Year

Sep 1, 2012 11:14:00 AM

Inc. magazine today named Omni Systems, Inc. to its sixth annual Inc. 500|5000, an exclusive ranking of the nation's fastest-growing private companies for the fifth consecutive year. The list represents the most comprehensive look at the most important segment of the economy—America’s independent entrepreneurs. Unified Payments tops this year’s list. Omni Systems joins Yelp, yogurt maker Chobani, Giftcards.com, KIND and famed hatmaker Tilly’s, among other prominent brands featured on this year’s list.

"We're very excited to have received this honor for the fifth consecutive year and would like to thank every one of our employees and business partners for helping us get here," said Adam DeFrancesco, Founder, President and CEO of Omni Systems. "Our consistent growth reflects strong customer demand for Omni’s proven labeling solutions that help corporate clients in the Manufacturing, Distribution and Retail industries reduce costs and increase profitability. We continue to make capital investments to expand our operations which will ensure that more companies can take advantage of our undeniable value proposition.”

In a stagnant economic environment, median growth rate of 2012 Inc. 500|5000 companies remains an impressive 97 percent. The companies on this year’s list report having created over 400,000 jobs in the past three years, and aggregate revenue among the honorees reached $299 billion.

"Now, more than ever, we depend on Inc. 500/5000 companies to spur innovation, provide jobs, and drive the economy forward.  Growth companies, not large corporations, are where the action is,” says Inc. Editor Eric Schurenberg.
