The score predicts the chance that a business will experience financial distress and is used to forecast a company’s expected performance over the next year. OMNI Systems Kicks Off Its 25th Year Anniversary Celebration With Manufacturing Expansion

The expansion, including new, state-of-the-art printing capabilities with automatic butt-splicers, in-line slitting and packaging, will allow customers to take advantage of a full-service facility producing, printing and packaging labels in a second location in addition to the primary manufacturing site in Richmond Heights OH. Customers can take advantage of OMNI's expertise in pressure sensitive labels, while simplifying and reducing risk in the supply chain. This addition is set to further increase OMNI's capacity by an additional 20%.

OMNI SYSTEMS INCREASES CAPACITY TO MEET GROWING DEMAND

OMNI Systems, Inc., the premier manufacturer of thermal labels in North America, has commissioned additional hardware to increase production capabilities at the manufacturing plant in Richmond Heights, OH. The new state-of-the-art equipment installations include two additional Printing Presses, as well as multiple Automatic Butt Splicers, to bring new efficiency and productivity to the company's expanding business.


OMNI Systems took delivery of two high-speed, multi-color, 16-inch presses in the last quarter. Both presses are now running at full capacity, printing and converting labels at rates of 350-450 feet-per-minute 3 shifts a day, 5 days a week. OMNI has also added two new Butt Splicers for installation in March, these will further automate OMNI's manufacturing processes and significantly increase productivity, provide greater quality control and reduce waste.
