OMNI Continues Growth with Acquisition of West Chester, Ohio Manufacturer

OMNI is honored to have been welcomed by the West Chester Development Council following our recent acquisition of Honeywell International’s media business. Operations will continue out of the previous Honeywell location, transitioning products such as medical identification wristbands, Linerless labels, thermal media tags, RFID and more to OMNI. This acquisition increased our team by 50 employees, with plans to hire an additional 50 to 100 by the end of the year.

The St. Louis Business Journal covered the grand opening of OMNI’s new “Print Center of Excellence” in St. Charles, speaking with President and Chief Operating Officer Mike Murton. Murton shared OMNI’s growth strategy and what led the company to establish a presence in the St. Louis region. Following the acquisition of ITW Labels, this expansion aligns with our strategic plan to extend manufacturing capabilities and geographic reach. The new facility will allow us to increase our local workforce, as we aim to boost annual revenue to $300 million in the next five years.
