Even now, our partners’ warehouses currently store anywhere from one to three months’ worth of raw materials that we can turn to at a moment’s notice.

  • Competitive Turnaround Times. While many of the customers we have spoken to have been quoted 6-8-week turnaround times by other suppliers, this is not the case with our company. OMNI Systems has the supplier relationships and infrastructure in place to continue delivering our stock inventory within 13-day lead times as is customary in the labels sector.

  • Streamlined Production for New Items. Our infrastructure also accommodates our customers’ non-stock and new item requests with a required lead time of 15-20 business days. This lead time allows us to get the required tools and raw materials in-house to develop these products.

  • Fast Shipping. While the pandemic may have upended the lead times of other suppliers, our shipping turnarounds have remained unchanged throughout the pandemic. All inventory items are shipped no later than the next business day from the date a customer places an order.

  • Routine Supply Auditing. When working with our supplier network, we regularly audit and measure our raw materials stock over time to ensure that we can take on new business and manage existing customer account needs. By being proactive and planning out our needs ahead of time, we can address any supply problems before they have the chance to impact our ability to assist our customers.

  • Clear and Transparent Communication. When working with reputable suppliers and converters, communication is critical. We are not afraid to advise customers to activate their backup suppliers if the circumstances and manufacturing needs necessitate it or connect them with other partner suppliers based on the results of our audits.
