How We Helped a Fortune 500 Food Processor Overcome a Production Glitch

In one success story that Refrigerated & Frozen Foods highlighted, we worked with Russell Gayer, manager of printing services for a Fortune 500 food processor, to overcome a production error to ensure continuous operations.

The Problem

Gayer came to us with a mass order for scale labels to use on their packaging. After receiving our labels, Mr. Gayer discovered that some of the printing on them was not properly centered.

The Solution

OMNI Systems, as a privately-owned company, has the flexibility to pivot when necessary to support its customers. So we did what we needed to do: correct the issue. Even though OMNI Systems incurred a $30,000 loss in fixing the issue and shipping replacement labels, we did this without hesitation.
